Terms for Chat.AI

1. Service model

Chat.AI is a hosted application. Staff provisions every customer account and links compatible API keys for the account. Raw keys must not be resold or shared outside the intended account workflow.

2. Account rules

Your account currently uses your email address as its primary identifier. That same user-provided email may hold multiple product-access tags across different Gratobeun apps, but it may not hold two separate access records for the same product.

3. API keys and credits

API keys are managed by staff for the assigned customer account. The app can show a credit snapshot for the currently selected key when the connected usage service reports remaining usage.

If a key stops working, runs out of credits, or needs replacement, contact staff. Removing a linked key from this app does not revoke it at the original account source.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse of support workflows, attempts to extract secrets, interference with platform operations, or any use that violates connected service rules.

5. Availability and security

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but no hosted service can guarantee uninterrupted uptime or perfect security. Infrastructure failures, provider incidents, unauthorized attacks, and legal orders may affect service availability or data handling.

6. Termination

We may suspend, ban, or permanently remove product access for key abuse, fraud signals, policy violations, or behavior that puts the service or other users at risk.
